Quality By Design (QbD)

1. We create an idea acceptable to our client.

2. Once the idea is felt to be solid, we refine and determine if the idea should be layered or singular, transparent or veiled in delivery.

3. Internal and external ideas are assessed by our ethics review board. We seek the embetterment of humanity.

4. The idea then goes into a controlled test environment to determine audience potential outcomes and responses. If not successful we more to 1. If successful we move to 5.

5. We move cautiously to the production environment. Typically seeding a small portion of the general population to determine viability. We measure response carefully. If not approaching 100% successful we more to 1. If approaching 100% viable, then we move to 6.

6. A full Production roll-out while carefully gauging response and acceptance.
